## What is Superlines

Superlines is the fastest and easiest way for companies to leverage AI in everyday marketing work, from analysis and optimization to content creation.

Whole teams can collaborate using easy-to-use AI templates with pre-built capabilities across marketing use cases.

Getting started with Superlines does not require prompting skills from its users or integrating sensitive data. Let's get started! 


Introduction


## Building blocks of Superlines

The core concepts of Superlines are:
- Organization: The company profile that includes users
- User: users who execute tasks in organization
- Brand: set of marketing metadata that is connected to the organization

## Sign up and start working

To get started with Superlines, create your account via the registration link provided in the invitation email or shared by your team admin. 
You only need an email address and a password.

> If you are the first user in your account, you are asked to create an Organization.
> Give your Organization a name and a URL. This is typically the company or client project you are working for.

After the registration, you can start using the AI templates in Superlines for your daily work and creating new Organizations and Brands.

Getting started with Superlines


## What is an Organization

Organization is a way for you to organize your and your team's work in Superlines. It is a workspace where multiple users can work and collaborate. Depending on the Superlines subscription, users can create various Organizations and decide who they wish to invite.

Users can use Organizations in multiple ways, e.g., representing the company they are working for, a client project, a specific region or market, a business branch (B2C/B2B), language, or a customer segment.

If you and your team are working with multiple brands, products, clients or projects, Organizations are tools for you to manage their brand identity and easily jump between them during the workday.

### Creating an Organization

To create a new Organization click 'New organization' from the popup that opens up when you click the name of the existing Organization on the upper left corner. Give your organization a name and the URL that best represents its brand identity.

The Brand analysis process starts (more about this below in this section) and Superlines automatically executes an initial setup for your Organization.

### Organiization Settings

You can control and manage your Organization from 'Settings' > 'Organization'. Here you can update the Organization name, invite your team members to your Organization, see and manage pending invitations, and remove members.

### Inviting team members

You can decide who you invite to your Organization. By default, only you can see the content you create and save to your content hub.

> EXAMPLE: In a project that involves a copywriter and digital marketer, they can both work inside the same Orgnization and easily share and edit analysis, suggestions, ideas and content they create with Superlines.

The new member will receive an email invitation to join your Organization. If the new member already has a Superlines account, she can accept the invitation by clicking the link in the email. If she is a new user, she is asked to create an account after clicking the invitation link in the email.

### User roles

You can invite new members as Admins or Members. Both user roles have full access to all AI features and can create new Organizations. Only Admins can invite new members to their Organization.

## What is a Brand

The "Brand" concept is the essential element and powerful tool to get the most out of Superlines.  "Brand" is a container of marketing, business and target group related data that ensures the analysis, optimization and content created by Superlines is relevant and on-brand.

Each Organization is connected to a set of "Brand identity data" that users can manage by clicking "Brand" on the left side navigation.

### Managing a Brand

When a user creates a new Organization, Superlines automatically analyses the website content and visuals and makes the initial setup for your brand data. Think of this as an automated senior-level brand analysis that happens in seconds.

You can manually update and control the brand data to align with your style and brand guidelines.

> PRO TIP 1: Have a pool of existing keywords that work well? Add them to the "Strategic keywords" field.

> PRO TIP 2: Has your brand manager already defined specific brand or tone-of-voice instructions? Paste them to the "Brand instructions" field.

> PRO TIP 3: Do you have certain words or phrases you wish to exclude from content permanently? Add them to the "Exclusions" field.

### How does the Brand data affect Superlines output

Each AI template in Superlines uses the brand data to understand your business context, target group and brand. This is partly automated and happens behind the hood, but many of the templates in Superlines let you quickly tweak and alter the brand data that is utilized (if you update the fields in the templates, this does not affect the actual Brand data).

### Brand identity data

Here, you'll find information on the individual fields in Brand settings and how to use them.

Write the content in the same language your brand natively uses.

> PRO TIP: The better and, more specifically, the brand data is defined, the better the AI outcomes are.

#### Website
The URL represents the company, client, project, or segment you and your team are working with.

#### Key customers
Describe your target audience or ideal customer profiles. Superlines uses this data to analyze and customize the generated content to fit the target audience's preferences.

> EXAMPLE 1: Marketing teams, marketing directors, digital marketers

> EXAMPLE 2: Private car owners looking for modern and easy services for car selling and trading

#### Unique selling points
Write what makes your product or service better than competitors'. What is the value you offer and the problem you solve? Clearly articulates specific benefits/benefits that make you stand out.

> EXAMPLE: Instead of focusing solely on content creation, Superlines strongly emphasizes analysis and optimization to support the bigger picture in marketing activities.

#### Value propositions
A value proposition is a simple statement that summarizes why a customer would choose your product or service.

> EXAMPLE: The easiest way for companies to start leveraging AI in everyday work

#### Industry

Specify the industry to tailor content and analysis towards relevant trends and standards.

#### Business Type

Define whether your brand is B2B, B2C, or B2B2C to guide marketing strategies and content creation.

#### Brand Analysis

Describe your brand freely. Tell how it's unique and how it speaks to the target audience. 

> EXAMPLE: Superlines is a professional, efficient, and innovative marketing tool that integrates AI into daily marketing tasks easily. It promises ease of use, customizability, and significant efficiency improvements.

#### Visual Guideline

Details on the visual elements of your brand including color schemes, fonts, overall aesthetic, and usage of visuals.

> EXAMPLE: Use modern fonts for a clean design. Use burnt orange to highlight key points. Ensure a balance between imagery and text for clarity. Maintain a professional and innovative tone matching the brand's messaging. Include diverse and inclusive visuals aligning with the brand identity.

#### Image Guidelines

Criteria for the selection and use of images that align with your brand's identity and values.

#### Tagline

A memorable phrase that captures the essence of your brand and its value proposition.

> EXAMPLE: Your All-In-One Marketing Solution

#### Strategic Keywords

A list of essential keywords for SEO and branding consistency across all content.

> TIP: You can paste here high-performing keywords from your SEO & SEM tools.

#### Tone of Voice

Description of the brand's communication style to ensure consistency in messaging. Keep it simple and don't overcomplicate or over-describe this.

> EXAMPLE: Professional, Innovative

#### Exclusions

A list of topics, words, or phrases to be avoided in brand communications.

#### Copywriting Framework

Preferred structures for crafting messages, such as AIDA, PAS or Direct Response Copywriting, to improve content effectiveness.

#### Brand Instructions

Any specific guidelines or instructions that are unique to your brand's approach to content and marketing.

#### Language

The primary and any additional languages used by your brand for communication.

## Superlines is your strategic partner in daily marketing

Superlines has a strong emphasis on analysis and optimization to support the bigger picture in marketing activities. It is your strategic partner from
from planning to optimization and execution.

On Superlines Dashboard, you can see various templates and use cases across many areas of digital marketing. You can keep many tabs open in your browser as you execute various marketing tasks. Switching between projects or target countries is easy using the Organization/Brand selector in the upper left corner.

Superlines is not built for creating thousands of pieces of noisy content. Instead, it helps you create high-value and quality content by using various templates from strategic planning, A/B testing, and content creation with your team.

### Analysis

Templates that conduct analysis based on a website URL are powerful tools for getting concrete analysis and suggestions instantly. Superlines are capable of analyzing the content of websites and also visuals. By combining this analysis with your brand setting data, Superlines creates to-the-point analysis and suggestions.

> PRO TIP: Try the competitor analysis by giving Superlines your competitors' website URLs.

### Optimization

You can use Superlines analyzers to ROAST your or your prospect's website content and get instant feedback and suggestions. 

### A/B testing

Instead of unthinkingly executing new ideas, you should always use text and image-based A/B testers to pre-test your communications. Think of Superlines as your virtual target group representing your brand and target group. You can use the A/B testers to quickly get insight into which versions of your content or visuals are most likely to perform well or are aligned with your brand.

### Content creation

Use Superlines to create multiple versions of content for your campaigns and marketing content. If unsatisfied with the first version, you can always optimize your input texts and generate new variations.

## Make edits and store your content

Despite how much we like the output that AI generates, human expertise is really what makes everything tick. You can always make edits directly on the output view to the generated content and store the content to your content hub.

The stored content is located in "Saved content" section.

## Support for multiple languages   

Superlines support most languages. You can choose the language you want to Superlines to write its output from the Brand settings.

Superlines supports 75 different languages for the output content. You can decide the language Superlins uses on each Organization / Brand you are working with. Superlines will use this language when in the content it generates. 

> TIP: Create a separate Organization for each country where your business operates. You can then quickly jump between the languages and create easily content for each language.

## Localization

Sometimes, more than just translating content is needed to localize content to different regions. Instead, it would help if you considered keywords, word exclusions, local brand guidelines, etc., when scaling content to multiple markets. For this use case, we suggest creating a separate Organization for each language region and specifying its own language and brand settings for each market.
